We probe for rot and check structure before scoping any exterior work.

Plan & Permit
Layout, materials, and permits where the town requires them.

Build
Framing, decking, and trim installed square, level, and properly flashed.

Protect
Everything is primed, painted, or stained so the new wood is sealed.
